Children & Youth Ministries

We are committed to the Christian education of our children. Our staff and volunteers work to create an exciting program that help our children know God while offering them a safe and accepting church home.

Children Ministry for children ages 3-12 years, will be held weekly at 10am and the children will join their families in the church for communion.

During this time, we study the weekly lesson through discussion.  The curriculum is bible based and reflective of the Liturgy of the Word. This is a time for children to learn about Jesus and have some fun! Vacation Bible School (VBS) is offered every summer.

If you are new to the church, please stop by the Church Entrance and one of our Ushers/Greeters will help direct you!

The Youth Ministry program at Good Shepherd is designed to provide a place where all Middle School and High School youth can feel the freedom to be themselves. Our desire is to provide a safe environment for youth to be exposed to the Christian faith, to explore their own faith, to bring their questions, and to enjoy the company of others. As a part of this community, the youth will experience God’s grace in new and creative ways through worship, music, service, study, and fellowship.

Every year, our youth looks forward to the experience of the Chapel Rock Episcopal Camp & Retreat.
